2. Services Included in the Monthly Rent?
All main meals, laundry services, nursing care, and medical advice from our resident doctor are included.
3. Visiting Hours?
Morning: 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. | Afternoon: 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Daily)
4. In the Unlikely Event of a Demise?
We will handle all necessary documentation promptly and efficiently at a minimal cost, ensuring no inconvenience for the sponsors.
5. Supply of Routine Medicines?
Routine medicines are provided with a 10% service charge, which will be added to the monthly invoice.
6. Emergency Situations?
As the facility is owned and managed by a doctor with a team of qualified staff, we make every effort to manage emergencies in-house. If the condition does not improve, we will arrange hospital admission after notifying the sponsors.
