Leading with Healing Hands. Dr. Tilak Silva is a fully qualified MBBS medical doctor with over 30 years of experience in Sri Lanka and abroad. He holds postgraduate diplomas in Family Medicine and General Practice from the University of Colombo and the College of General Practitioners. His vision of providing compassionate, expert elder care with dignity and professionalism forms the cornerstone of our organization’s continued success and reputation.

When searching for a safe and caring place for my mother I came across Jude Serenity run by a very compassionate and kind Doctor Thilak De Silva. My Mother was given the best of attention, care and love possible by all the staff. It's a very clean and homely place where everyone is treated equally. Highly recommend the place.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The first time I heard about St. Jude Eldercare Home was when my cousin and I were searching for a suitable place for our aunt. She lost the use of her legs at a tender age, due to post polio complications. She is confined to a wheelchair since then. She is 81 years old and was residing at Anuradhapura. But due to her debilitating health we had to bring her closer to us. When certain other similar institutions were reluctant to accept her due to her disability, Dr. Thilak Silva cared enough to accept her to St. Judes’ without any hesitation. The staff are professional, cheerful, kind and considerate. Having Dr. Silva on call 24/7 is such a bonus. The place is airy, well lit and very clean. Comes with its own front garden. Easy access also. Our aunt is quite happy at the Home and we are so happy with the choice we made.
