Leading with Healing Hands. Dr. Tilak Silva is a fully qualified MBBS medical doctor with over 30 years of experience in Sri Lanka and abroad. He holds postgraduate diplomas in Family Medicine and General Practice from the University of Colombo and the College of General Practitioners.
