Our care packages are structured transparently to cover all essential needs. A private room with an attached washroom starts from Rs. 100,000 per month, while shared room accommodation is available from Rs. 75,000 per month. A one-time, non-refundable admission fee of Rs. 10,000 applies. All packages include daily meals, morning and afternoon tea, laundry, 24-hour nursing care, and regular doctor consultations. Costs may be adjusted based on the resident's evolving health needs, with prior notice.

Included in your monthly fee are all main meals, laundry services, nursing care, and medical advice from our resident doctor. Items not covered include medicines, hospital admissions, wound dressings, surgical or medical procedures, incontinence products (pampers), specialist doctor consultations, medical investigations, personal toiletries, clothing, bed linen, special food supplements, and newspapers.We always provide families with a clear breakdown so there are no surprises.

Yes, absolutely. We have a dedicated team of mental health professionals committed to supporting individuals living with dementia, working closely with patients and their families to ensure personalized, continuous care — from diagnosis to long-term management. We also care for bedridden residents and those recovering from strokes. Jude Elder Care Home is founded and managed by Dr. Tilak Silva, a fully qualified MBBS medical doctor with over 30 years of experience in Sri Lanka and abroad, holding postgraduate diplomas in Family Medicine and General Practice from the University of Colombo and the College of General Practitioners. In the event of an emergency, as the facility is owned and managed by a doctor with a team of qualified staff, every effort is made to manage emergencies in-house. If the condition does not improve, hospital admission is arranged after notifying the family sponsor.

Visiting hours are: Morning — 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and Afternoon — 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., daily. Families living abroad are also welcome to schedule video calls with residents through prior arrangement with our team.
